AMMTECH PTY LTD · ABN 80 649 803 207 · Australia

Last updated 18 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information AMMTECH PTY LTD (“AMMTECH”, “we”) collects, how we use it, and how we handle data accessed from Google APIs. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This website

ammtech.au collects nothing. It is a static site. There are no accounts, no forms, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies are set. We do not track visitors between sessions or across sites.

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files directly from Google, which necessarily discloses your IP address to Google as part of serving them. We receive nothing from that request.

If you email us, we receive what you send — your address and whatever is in your message — and we keep it only as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

Our internal software and Google APIs

AMMTECH operates internal software that connects to Google APIs using our own credentials, to manage our own accounts. This software is not offered to the public and has no external users. It accesses no other organisation’s data.

What it accesses

How it is used, stored and shared

Limited Use. AMMTECH’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Artificial intelligence

Our internal software uses third-party AI services to assist with operational decisions. Where that happens, the information sent is limited to what the task requires, and we do not send personal information where the task can be completed without it.

Security

Credentials are held in a dedicated secrets manager, never in source code. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or complain about how we have handled it. Write to hello@ammtech.au and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
