These terms govern your use of ammtech.au and of software operated by AMMTECH PTY LTD (“AMMTECH”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
They cover this website and AMMTECH’s own internal software.
They do not govern client engagements. Work AMMTECH performs for a client is governed by a separate written agreement between AMMTECH and that client. Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services, and nothing here forms part of any such agreement.
AMMTECH operates software that connects to third-party APIs using AMMTECH’s own credentials, to manage AMMTECH’s own accounts. It is not offered to the public, has no external users, and accesses no other organisation’s data. How it handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The content, design, code and marks on this site are owned by AMMTECH or used under licence. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. Everything else — copying, adapting or redistributing — needs our written permission.
We publish this site in good faith, but content may be incomplete, out of date, or general in nature. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a decision. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.
